We would like to make customers aware of the planned obsolescence of the following ITL products as of June 2021. No new currency or firmware updates will be available after this time, repairs and spare parts availability will also cease.

NV9USB (green label) Obsolescence 

ITL has now ceased support of the NV9USB green label, this includes currency datasets/firmware and spares. All units in the field will now be over 5 years old.  As such ITL has ceased support of the NV9USB green label as of 1st September 2019.

BV100 Obsolescence

ITL will cease production of the BV100 bill validator on the 31st December 2019.

Issued January 2014

NV9 / NV10 built between June 2005 and December 2009

The original NV9 and NV10 units were first produced in June 2005 and replaced by the NV9 USB and NV10 USB in December 2009. Both of these original products will be made obsolete on the 31st December 2014 meaning we will no longer be able to repair or supply parts for these units from the end of the year.

NV7 & NV8 obsolete notification
From 1st January 2012 both the NV7 and NV8 bank note validators become obsolete.
NV7 & NV8 units will not be accepted for repairs from this date

Issued June 2009

NV4 obsolete notification
From 1^st December 2009 the NV4 bank note validator will be obsolete. Spare parts will no longer be stocked so we cannot guarantee NV4 spares or repairs.
