Innovative Technology (ITL) is delighted to welcome Karol Ptaszkowski as Technical Sales Manager. Karol joined ITL in July 2026 and is responsible for their cash validation equipment sales covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. ITL are headquartered in the UK with several international offices and have two main divisions; cash validation equipment and age & identity biometric technology.
Commenting on his new role, Karol said, “I am delighted to join the team at ITL and take on responsibility for developing and strengthening ITL’s customer base throughout Central & Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans. My role extends beyond sales to include advising customers and helping them select the products best suited to their specific needs. I’ll be looking after both gaming and retail customers across the region, ensuring the high level of trust in ITL’s cash equipment is maintained.”
Welcoming Karol to ITL, Jose Garcia Escudero, General Manager ITL Spain said, “I would like to extend a warm welcome to Karol. This is an important region for our business, and his technical background combined with his solid knowledge of the gaming markets makes him perfectly placed to support our customers there. He brings over 20 years’ experience to the role, and I’m confident he’ll build strong, lasting relationships across this extensive area.”
Karol added, “I have worked in the gaming industry in the UK, Netherlands and Poland for many years and I am already very familiar with this region. I am looking forward to learning more about the retail market and applying my extensive technical and sales knowledge to this growing sector. Part of my role will be to work closely with the specialist team for biometrics to introduce our technology to the region to help prevent access to age-related products / venues. I will be on the booth at Retail Show Poland in November so look forward to meeting up with customers there.”
Karol’s appointment underlines ITL’s continued investment in this area, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering trusted cash validation and biometric solutions to customers across the region.
