Long-standing ITL Trading Partner Chevend achieve Service Centre Status
Leading provider of cash validation equipment, Innovative Technology (ITL), has announced that Chevend Technologies PVT. LTD. based in India have been appointed as an Authorised Service Centre. Achieving this status means that Chevend has been fully vetted and authorised by ITL to service and repair its product range, confirming they meet stringent standards for quality, service, and technical expertise.
CHEVEND TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD is part of the Chevron Metal Products Group and supply ITL’s cash handling solutions to customers in the vending, kiosks and banking segments. With offices in both India and the United Arab Emirates they are ideally placed for selling and supporting goods across these regions.
Marcus Tiedt, Sales & Marketing Director for ITL said, “Chevend have been a trusted Trading Partner for 10 years now, supplying cash handling solutions to customers all over India and more recently to the Middle East. After undergoing a high level of training, we are delighted that they have secured approved service centre status. This will enable them to service and repair devices across our range of note and coin products, and I am sure they will continue to provide excellent, local service to all customers.”
Commenting on the achievement, Ammaar Huseini, Director at Chevend said, “We’re proud to have been named an ITL Authorised Service Centre after representatives from our India office completed comprehensive training at ITL’s UK head office in June. As an established partner of ITL, we’re excited to expand our offering and provide enhanced service and support for their range of innovative products. Our team is ready to deliver expert assistance and fast turnaround times for customers across India and the Middle East.“
Concluding Marcus said, “Chevend already successfully distribute our cash devices including the NV9 series, BNF (Bunch Note Feeder), NV200 Spectral, SMART Hopper and as the market matures our NV4000 multi bill recycler for payment terminals is gaining traction too. Biometric age and identity verification technology is the other side of the business and it’s great to see growing interest from customers looking to integrate this technology into kiosks for user verification. Well done and thank you to Ammaar and his team for the commitment to ITL, ensuring our devices, brand and customer service are respected in the region.”
