ITL cashes in at Vegas

Innovative Technology (ITL) made their US presence known last week at the Global Gaming Exhibition (G2E), one of the largest gaming and amusement exhibitions in the events calendar. The company’s entire state of the art product range was put on display to attendees. ITL also unveiled their latest product, TEBS (Tamper Evident Bag System) for use in the North American and gaming markets.

G2E is held at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas and attracts over 450 exhibitors each year. This is the first time in recent years that ITL have held a dedicated booth at G2E, the company believed that they were perfectly placed to exhibit, with an expanded range including ticketing products.

VP of Sales for the Americas, Rebecca White said “It’s always really exciting to display at these kind of exhibitions and it’s a great opportunity for us to showcase our products to a wide and varied audience. Even I was surprised by how much interest was generated by the TEBS system. We had so many questions from visitors about how TEBS could be built into their future applications and its potential uses going forward.”

TEBS combines ITL’s flagship NV200 bill acceptor with a secure tamper evident cashbag, which aims to eliminate cash shrinkage. Additional benefits include a reduction in cash in transit collection costs, as well as its ability to maximise cash handling due to the product’s high capacity design.

Rebecca continued “Despite all the excitement surrounding our TEBS presentations, there was still a lot of attention focused towards our other featured products, in particular our all-in-one ticketing solutions such as SMART Ticket. People were excited to see a validator that doesn’t need a separate printer, saving valuable machine space. Additionally, we received a lot of attention from the amusement sector for our BV50, BV100 and NV9 USB+ models. All in all it was a very busy show!  ”

Aidan Towey, ITL Managing Director added “It was a great time for us to exhibit in the US, we are focused on building our presence in the Americas and will move into new office premises in the next month. I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone for the warm welcome we received at G2E. I was struck by how many visitors we had from so many different parts of the world who were genuinely interested in finding out more about our products. Everyone made us feel really at home.”
