March & April have been busy months for new starters at Innovative Technology (ITL). Following on from the six new staff that where hired in January and February; ITL have taken on another six new staff in the last two months as they continue to expand their operations.
The staggering mix of talent that Innovative Technology has and still requires is demonstrated through the variety of people that they are recruiting. The six new starters are made up of two electrical, a mechanical and a test engineer as well as an additional sales manager and IT developer. During the first third of 2014 ITL have recruited people from up to 10 different disciplines to add to their thriving development, operations and sales teams.
ITL are currently advertising for several new roles including a workshop apprentice and a number of graduate opportunities. With the addition of Innovative’s new recruitment coordinator; Karen Holloren, the company are building more of a presence at university career fairs throughout the country to raise awareness of the graduate opportunities on offer, Karen said; “We have created a host of exciting new graduate positions within the company, perfect for someone looking to grow within an exciting role in a quickly expanding company.
