Our Opportunity

As our Pewaukee based Customer Service Representative you’ll play an active role in the growth and development of our ambitious expansion plans, where you’ll support sales, distribution and clerical functions across our expanding base of US retail, vending, gaming and amusement customers.

As Customer Service Representative you’ll be the first and/or key point of contact for new and existing customers, you’ll be participative in many other day to day operational procedures and ensure the smooth running of the office and warehouse.

To be successful in this new, varied and exciting role you must be highly dedicated to the success of the business and have excellent organizational and administrative abilities, whilst being adaptable and open to new challenges. This is a part-time role to cover core business hours during the working day, with some flexibility required.

 

Your role

  • You’ll have key responsibilities across entire office function, with a focus on excellent customer service, organization and administration
  • You’ll help identify new customer and sales opportunities, while raising the profile of the company
  • You’ll be responsible for warehouse and inventory management, including shipping, receiving deliveries
  • You’ll organize marketing activities, such as product literature and trade exhibitions materials
  • You’ll oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable administration, such as raising invoices, supplier payments, credit control, whilst liaising with the UK-based Finance and Sales teams to support their roles, where required
  • You’ll forward plan customer orders, ensuring deliveries are to agreed timescales and keeping customers updated on the status of orders
  • You’ll also be involved with other broad ranging duties, due to the nature of our growing office of multi-disciplined colleagues
  • You’ll assist with travel arrangements and other sales / executive admin responsibilities, where required
  • You may have some purchasing responsibilities

 

Your Qualifications

  • Business Degree or equivalent experience, would be advantageous

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Extensive customer service experience, ideally gained in busy, broad and multi-disciplined role
  • The proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • A highly dedicated individual, with excellent problem solving skills
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and overall organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
