ITL launch Live Collect at EAG 2019

January sees the return of EAG International 2019 which will take place on 15th - 17th January at ExCeL in London. Innovative Technology Ltd. (ITL), the leading cash handling equipment provider, will be launching Live Collect to the gaming industry, revolutionising collection routines for Operators.  They will also be showcasing other cash validation and ticketing solutions from their state-of-the-art product range on stand number 400.

Andy Bullock, Senior Business Development Manager, commented, “We will be launching Live Collect to the market at EAG 2019 following successful closed trials. Live Collect enables operators to optimise cash handling and revolutionise collection efficiency. Accessing real-time data and detailed status reports across multiple sites, provides full machine audit traceability.  It uses the cash handling features of both the NV11 note recycler & SMART Coin System (SCS) in a smart connected way.  Cash levels in the validator cashbox, hopper and recycler are visible in real time and can be used to schedule more efficient collection & refill visits. Operators can significantly reduce machine collection times even further, resulting in a more productive use of staff time.Operators can login to the secure online portal which can be accessed from any location, providing a greater insight into machine activity, traceability and performance across their entire estate.”

Andy continued, “EAG visitors will also have the opportunity to demo ReelPay, our new mobile app that allows customers to transfer funds to enabled gaming machines using their mobile. Used in conjunction with Live Collect it allows operators to give their customers a convenient cashless payment option using their mobile. The app allows players to set their own limits and deposit funds securely using a debit card – ideal for customers who do not carry cash.”

ITL will showcase their Spectral technology found in both the NV200 Spectral and NV9 Spectral banknote validators. Spectral sensors are used in both units providing high resolution imaging to authenticate the validity of bills and optical and mechanical anti-strimming technology delivers outstanding fraud protection.

Andy concluded, “We expect sports betting to be a popular topic again at EAG 2019. Our NV9, with its enhanced sensing technology and high acceptance rate for multi-currency, is ideally placed to meet the needs of the sports betting market.  It offers flexibility as its modular design means that a ticket printer can be added to create the NV12, giving Operators barcoded ticket printing capabilities. We will also have Live Ticket on the stand for visitors to demo. Using the NV12 this retrofit solution is ideal for any Operators intending to implement a TITO system within their business. Come along to see the team on stand 400 to learn more about our innovative product range.”
