AI Technology for Player Protection
“Our MyCheckr device will be centre stage demonstrating how easy it is for the amusement and gaming industry to utilise our technology as a tool to help meet responsible gambling obligations and ensure player protection. This standalone unit can be used at unattended or attended 18 + gaming and amusement entrances or zones to perform accurate age checks and provide secure access control. Visitors will be able to see our tech in action as several MyCheckr devices will be positioned at the entrance to the co-located 18+ London Casino & Gaming Show to help security staff during the ID decision making process. We’ll also show Operators how to integrate ICU Lite into gaming machines to enable fast on-machine age verification for land-based gambling venues.”
Andy continued, “As well as helping prevent underage gambling, our tech can also assist AGCs adhere to and manage their self-exclusion schemes, helping safeguard vulnerable customers and uphold licensing objectives. When our devices are linked to MyConnect, alerts can be sent to staff via an app to notify them of a potential underage or self-excluded entry attempt which can be remotely granted or denied. This significantly speeds up access, ensures seamless play, improves security and maximises staff efficiency. “
ITL’s range of cash validation and recycling devices widely used in the industry to authenticate and recycle cash will also be available for visitors to demo on the joint ITL & E-Service stand.
Andy concluded, “We’ll be showcasing our leading note and coin handling devices which can significantly improve self-collection for the industry. The NV22 Spectral multi-denomination recycler ensures efficient and secure cash transactions and with its compact, space saving design it can fit into most machines. When used with the SMART Coin System (SCS) we can offer a full solution for cash recycling for both notes and coins. Benefits for the operator include eliminating coin starvation optimising self-collection and reducing the coin float level required to keep machines operational.
