After much hard work and dedication from our team at Innovative Technology we are pleased to announce the launch of our new, updated website!
Our primary aim during the redesign process was to create a more valuable, user-centric and responsive information resource for our existing and potential new customers. Specifically, we wanted to make it easier for our users to locate valuable information about our full range of cash validation and age & identity verification solutions.
The new support section has undergone significant improvements to help customers easily locate all the technical information they need including validator manager, currency datasets, user manuals, FAQs, plus much more in the user-friendly hub. Customer can now access their accounts in an easy to navigate dashboard. Here they can view their recent orders, manage shipping and billing addresses, edit passwords and update communication preferences to ensure they receive relevant newsletters and technical bulletins.

Customers will need to re-register to ensure they have access to the full website functionality as existing login details will no longer work. Â The website is currently available in English but as with the previous website we plan to cater for our customers all over the world with translations part of the next phase.
