Validator Manager 4.3.2 (Beta release)
With a fresh design the new ITL Validator Manager version 4.3.2 is easier to use and compatible with our current product range. By utilising a DA2 Kit, Validator Manager allows quick currency and firmware updates, communicating directly between ITL validators and a PC. Validator Manager is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Software Download and we recommend that all users install the latest version.

PIPS 2.3.1
SMART PIPS is the Pay In Payout System demonstration software that allows customers to demonstrate the SMART Payout, SMART Hopper & NV11 (Note Float) products via a PC. PIPS is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Support Download.

DA3 SMART Update Tool - Euro €10 version 2.1 released
A new DA3 SMART Update Tool has been released to aid customers to update their validators to accept the €10 note that will enter circulation in September. With the use of a DA3 handheld programmer and a standard SD card all ITL validators can be quickly and simply updated to accept the new €10 note. The DA3 SMART Update Tool for the new €10 note can be downloaded from our website within Technical Support / Software Download where a quick start guide explains the whole procedure.
We recommend updating DA3 firmware and DPS to the latest available version.

NV9 USB+
We will shortly be replacing the existing NV9 USB note validator with a new version NV9 USB+.
The newer models are compatible with all existing protocols and the NV9 USB+ has identical external dimensions so no modifications will be required on any existing machines currently utilising the NV9 USB.
The NV9 USB+ includes enhanced sensing technology to future proof the unit. The additional sensors will allow further improvements to security, reliability and overall performance moving forward.
Hardware wise the NV9 USB+ is identical to the existing NV9 USB note validator. All new NV9 USB+ models can be identified by a blue product label (rather than the green standard label). More information will follow in future technical bulletins and we envisage that the new NV9 USB+ units will fulfil all sales orders from this Autumn.
