Before the summer holidays pupils from The Blue Coat School were invited to interview for the available positions. Four of the students were successful at interview and are currently completing a six week work placement on the shopfloor at Innovative Technology. The real work experience (and interview practice) gained over the summer will put them a step ahead of their peers as well as earning them their first wage packet. The students will spend time with Innovative Technology’s Development Team to discuss future career opportunities in Science, Technology and Engineering.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit talented engineers with a thorough understanding of their subject. We believe these bright students are the future for our business.
