Firmware Changes
NV200 Spectral firmware version 4.26 released
A new version of NV200 Spectral firmware has now been released, 4.26. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.
Feature Highlights:
• Fixed an issue when using the Spectral Payout, that was causing the unit to reset
NV9ST firmware version 3.84 released
A new version of NV9ST firmware has now been released, 3.84. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.
Feature Highlights:
• Improved barcode reading for NV12
• Fixed issue on ccTalk where sending command 230 Request inhibits, without prior 231 Set inhibits would result in a reply with no data
BV20 firmware version 4.24 released
A new version of BV20 firmware has now been released, 4.24. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files.
Feature Highlights:
• Programming card pulse per dollar setting allows value between 1 and 15 (any combo of 1, 2, 4 and 8)
BV50 firmware version 4.22 released
A new version of BV50 firmware has now been released, 4.22. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and will be used on new sales orders.
Feature Highlights:
• Fixed issue where note could end up in stacking position during unjamming

Validator Manager (5.1)
A new version of validator manager has been released 5.1. Always ensure you have the most up to date version of Validator Manager to access the latest functionality.

Repairs Procedure
As of 1st May 2023 we have updated our standard repairs warranty. Your ITL product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12-months or when MCBF* is exceeded while owned by the original purchaser. The serviceable life for ITL repairs is usually 7 years from the manufacture date.
A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) is required for all customer returns. To return units for repair, rework or investigation, customers should contact repairs by email to receive an RMA number This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
