A new version of BV100 firmware has now been released 4.09. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Currency Download.

NV10 USB firmware version 3.32 released

A new version of NV10 USB firmware has now been released 3.32. Firmware is contained within the currency dataset files and is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Currency Download.

Improvements:

SIO protocol only - Channels will now be enabled if inhibit 3 pin is held low on power up.

Fixed an issue where notes could not be accepted from escrow in MDB protocol.

Software Release Notes

DA3 firmware version 1.14 released

A new version of DA3 firmware has been released 1.14. The firmware is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Firmware Download.

New Functionality:

NV Card Utilities update cards can now be copied.

Improvements:

Fixed an issue when updating units powered through the IF5.

Fixed an issue where MDB flags weren't saved during a match download.

Fixed an issue where copying Card A to the DA3 occasionally failed.

Made improvements to match download with regard to settings.

DPS - Device Programming System version 1.1.3 released

A new version of DPS has been released 1.13. The programme is available to download from our website within Technical Support / Software Download and should be used to set up all DA3 handheld programmers. The DPS zip file contains the DPS installer, a quick reference guide and the latest DA3 firmware 1.14.

New Functionality:

The DA3 will now require firmware version 1.14 or above to work with this version of DPS.

Improvements:

Improvements to the user interface

Fixed an issue where the escrow reject setting was not being set correctly

Fixed an issue when importing files; these will now correctly match the target interface (TGT) instead of importing as SSP.

DA3 SMART Update Tool - Euro €5 version 1.0 released

A new DA3 SMART Update Tool has been released to aid customers to update their validators to accept the new €5 note. With the use of a DA3 handheld programmer and standard SD card all ITL validators can be quickly and simply updated to accept the new €5 note. The DA3 SMART Update Tool for the new €5 note can be downloaded from our website within Technical Support / Software Download where a quick start guide explains the whole procedure.
