I joined ITL in September 2017 initially as a Production Operator before being promoted to my current role as IT Support Technician a year later in 2018.  I have an IT Level 3 Extended Diploma in Software qualification from Oldham College so was very excited to move into my new role as IT Support Technician to develop and progress my chosen career path. 
 

The IT Department is responsible for all internal IT infrastructure across our 10 office locations.
 

My roles and responsibilities within the department include providing IT support to staff; setting up new devices and troubleshooting. I help to maintain software and hardware and get involved in a number of larger IT-related projects.
