NV9USB (green label) Obsolescence
ITL has now ceased support of the NV9USB green label, this includes, currency datasets/firmware and spares. All units in the field will now be over 5 years old. As such ITL has now ceased support of the NV9USB green label from 1st September 2019.
Please refer to the image below, this obsolescence notice only affect green label units and not NV9USB+.

New GBP £20 polymer note datasets available soon
It is planned that at the end of Q4 we will release all applicable £20 GBP currency dataset files, available to download free of charge from our website. The new polymer £20 banknotes from England, Scotland and Northern Ireland enter circulation in early 2020 and by making these files available in advance customers can update ITL note validators ahead of time. More information on the banknote can be found below:
Following this a SMART Update Tool (a pre-programmed DA3, to update ITL validators in the field) will be available. This SMART Update Tool provides all applicable datasets containing the £20 polymer banknote across our product range, allowing multiple units in the field to be easily updated with ease using our handheld DA3 programmer. BV100 Obsolescence
A reminder that ITL will cease production of the BV100 bill validator on the 31st December 2019.
We would like to ensure customers that we will continue to support the BV100 with existing currency datasets for five years until 2024. To secure any units you require or for spare parts please contact your local Business Development Manager.
